I am a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design 1989, BFA Textiles. My work for this venue is paper collage. With my passion for the sea, I have taken on colorful creations of fictitious sea life as well as landscapes of the ocean. I have developed techniques using torn and cut paper juxtaposed with nautical chart maps. My creation combine shapes, texture, color and unique compositions using the elements and principles of design.
I have been exhibiting and selling in Rhode Island and Florida. I have been commissioned to do custom installations of my work on boats as well as specialized/personalized work for residential homes.
